SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME

A. Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • Processing time: 2-3 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day
  • Shipping time: 7-12 Days

B. United States Customers:

  • Shipping fee: Express Shippping (5-10 days) – $30 

C. Shipping methods:

  • USPS, FedEx, DHL, DHL Express, UPS

Note: International logistics sometimes has delays.You can contact us for tracking your package.

How do I track my order?

  • We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually you will receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order.
  • Please contact us if you do not receive tracking confirmation after 5 business days from the day you completed your payment.

TAXES & DUTIES

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at watchstation.cc. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office. If you cancel the order before shipment, We do not charge any fees.

CANCELLATIONS

Changed your mind? We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service and request order modifications or a cancellation.

To cancel your order:

  • Go to ‘Orders & Returns’ if you have an account. Or Email us to cancel the order
  • Select the items you want to cancel and your reason for cancellation.
  • We’ll email you confirmation of your cancelled order.

If your order has already been prepared, we can’t cancel your order — but we do offer a Returns service. You can find more info on cancelling and returning orders in our Return & Refunds Policy.
